Many Years to the Mission of Saints Peter and Paul!

Icon of Saints Peter and Paul in Our Church

Many years to the mission of Saints Peter and Paul!  We celebrated our mission’s feast day today, Tuesday, June 29th os/July 12th ns, with His Eminence, Metropolitan Moses, and over a dozen faithful.  We began with the Hours, followed by an Agiasmo service (blessing of water), and finally Divine Liturgy. The evening before, we had Vespers with a blessing of bread (Artoklasia/Litiya). Following Divine Liturgy for the Feast, we had a pleasant meal with Despota Moses, breaking the Apostles’ Fast.

We would also like to wish His Eminence, Metropolitan Pavlos many years on his name day!

Hopefully you can join us the next time Metropolitan Moses visits!  You are always welcome to join us for Vespers, Divine Liturgy, and the meal following Liturgy (Trapeza). If you do not feel comfortable joining us for Liturgy just yet and would like to meet us first, feel free to come to the meal following Divine Liturgy at around 11:30 am (approximately).
